We Use It on Every Bid We Make

Tevis Engineering Solutions built this for its own bidding on Cuyahoga County and City of Cleveland solicitations. Early access is how we learn what other small vendors need from it before it opens more widely.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is it for?
Small businesses that bid on public work in Ohio: suppliers, IT and technology firms, trades and service companies, usually with one or two people handling the bids alongside everything else.
Which procurement sites does it read?
City of Cleveland and Cuyahoga County postings are read automatically, along with federal notices from SAM.gov. OhioBuys and BidNet postings are captured with a browser bookmark while you are signed in to your own account there, and are saved to your workspace only.
Can anyone else see my pricing?
No. Each company has its own separate workspace. Your bids, costs, files and drafts are never visible to anyone else, including other vendors bidding the same solicitation.
Does the AI write the bid for me?
It writes a first draft from the solicitation documents: triage notes, line items, risks and questions for the buyer. You check and price every line, and nothing is submitted without you.
What will it cost?
Pricing will be set before early access opens, as a monthly subscription. Everyone on the waitlist hears it first.
