Appointment scheduling, booking calendars, service selection tools, and client dashboards. Clients can book, reschedule, and track their service requests without email back-and-forth.
Websites Built to Convert — and Kept That Way
Every business has a unique story, workflow, and audience. We design fast, mobile-friendly websites that solve real business problems — from clean landing pages to multi-function platforms with commerce, booking, and community features — then keep them secure, current, and online with an ongoing maintenance plan. Build it once, never let it go stale.
Website Types We Build
Different businesses need different solutions. Here are the primary website types we specialize in:
Content hubs with email list signup, newsletter automation, community messaging, and subscriber-only resources. Perfect for creators, coaches, and thought leaders building an audience.
Beautiful, responsive galleries for artists, photographers, designers, and makers. Image-heavy layouts, lightbox galleries, filtering, search, and seamless e-commerce integration for selling work.
Product catalogs, shopping carts, payment processing, inventory tracking, and order management. From simple single-product sites to multi-category stores with real business operations.
Professional presence for service businesses, consultants, and agencies. Clean design, team bios, case studies, service descriptions, and lead capture forms.
Combinations of the above: a gallery with e-commerce, a booking portal with a newsletter, a storefront with a community. We handle complex, integrated workflows.
Strategic Tool Selection
There is no one-size-fits-all platform for web development. We help you choose the right approach based on your budget, timeline, business model, and technical requirements.
Platform Evaluation
- Hosted platforms vs. self-hosted solutions
- Template-based vs. fully custom builds
- Headless e-commerce integration
- Scalability and growth expectations
- Long-term maintenance and cost
Hosting and Infrastructure
- Shared vs. dedicated hosting
- Static site generators for fast, cheap deployments
- CDN and performance optimization
- Backup, redundancy, and disaster recovery
- Security and compliance requirements
Integration and Workflow
- Payment processing and invoicing
- Email automation and newsletters
- Analytics and conversion tracking
- CRM and customer database linkage
- Custom automation and third-party APIs
During discovery, we ask the right questions so you make informed decisions, not just follow trends.
Pricing Complexity and Scope Considerations
Website costs vary dramatically based on what you need. Here's what moves a project from simple to complex:
Simple (Lower Cost)
Single-page or 3-5 page brochure site. Template-based, no custom functionality, minimal design customization.
Moderate (Mid Cost)
5-15 pages, some custom design, basic contact forms, SEO optimization, simple blog or content management.
Complex (Higher Cost)
Multi-page with custom functionality: booking systems, e-commerce, user accounts, payment processing, integrations.
Very Complex (Enterprise Cost)
Database-driven, real-time updates, custom workflows, advanced security, third-party integrations, ongoing optimization.
Our Build Workflow
Every project follows a disciplined process from strategy through launch and support.
We understand your business, audience, goals, and constraints. We ask about budget, timeline, and technical appetite.
We recommend the right approach and platform for your needs, with pros/cons of each option.
We define features, pages, workflow, and get your sign-off on sitemap and design direction.
We build and iterate. Regular checkpoints let you see progress and provide feedback.
We test functionality, performance, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility.
We deploy, do any final tweaks, and train your team on updates and maintenance.
Ongoing Website Maintenance Plans
A website is not a one-time purchase — it is a living asset. Software gets out of date, security holes open up, links break, content goes stale, and search rankings slip when nobody is watching. Our maintenance plans keep your site fast, secure, current, and online so you can focus on running your business instead of babysitting your website.

Built by TES? Your Maintenance Costs Less.
When we build your website, we already know every line of it — the structure, the integrations, the hosting, all of it. That means we can maintain it faster and cheaper, and we pass those savings straight to you.
On every maintenance plan, for as long as you stay
Any website designed and built by Tevis Engineering Solutions qualifies for our standing maintenance discount — no onboarding fee, no codebase discovery, no surprises. We hand off into maintenance the moment your site goes live.
Discount shown in each plan above ($59/mo Essential, $119/mo Growth, discounted Full Service retainer). Applies as long as your plan stays active.
We’ll take over a site we didn’t build — after a code review
If your website was built elsewhere or already exists, we start with a one-time discovery & onboarding step to safely digest the codebase, hosting setup, and integrations before we can responsibly maintain it. We review your site, then send you a scoped estimate up front with any necessary fixes or migrations, with no work beginning until you approve it.
The onboarding fee varies with the size and complexity of your site and engineering hours to create documentation. Once onboarding is complete, you move onto a standard maintenance plan at regular rates.
