Questions owners ask us

Do I need anyone technical on staff?
No. That is the point of a plug-and-play build. Your team uses one simple screen or just keeps working as usual, and we handle the hosting, updates and fixes.
What does it cost?
The first consult is free. A build is quoted once we have mapped the work, so you see the price before anything starts. AI running costs are usually small; our crash report tool reads a report for about 0.2¢. We estimate yours up front.
Is my business data safe?
We agree in writing where your data is stored and who can reach it, and we choose AI services that do not train on business data sent to them. Sensitive steps can stay on your own systems.
Will AI replace my staff?
In small businesses it mostly replaces the parts of the job people dislike: retyping, sorting, chasing. Your people get that time back for customers and the work only they can do.
Which AI do you use?
Whichever fits the job. We build with models from Anthropic, OpenAI and Microsoft Azure, and we also set up off-the-shelf tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot when that is all you need.
