County and agency search
A clickable map and list of all 88 Ohio counties with presets (NE Ohio, big metros, statewide), or one department's injury crashes statewide.
Software that turns Ohio's official OH-1 crash reports into a clean, de-duplicated audience of crash-involved people: name, mailing address, injury, county, agency and crash date. Built for personal-injury law firms and injury-care practices that would rather own the pipeline than rent a broker's spreadsheet.
Pick counties, clear one CAPTCHA, let the AI read the reports, then work the leads on the dashboard and add their phones and emails.
It shipped in August as a fast way to turn crash reports into a lead list. Version 1.3.6 is a full lead desk: it finds the leads, cleans them, maps them, and now finds their phone numbers too.

The tool searches Ohio's official Crash Retrieval portal by county or law-enforcement agency, reads every injury report with AI, leaves out drivers who were charged with an offense, and de-duplicates everyone into a database on your own computer. You only ever solve CAPTCHAs. Everything else is automatic.
Choose counties on the map or one law-enforcement agency, and a date window.
A staff member clears one quick anti-bot check per search, a few minutes for a multi-county pull.
The tool pages the results, downloads the injury reports, reads each one into records, and sets aside cited drivers.
De-duplicated leads land on the map dashboard, ready to filter, search, enrich and export.
A clickable map and list of all 88 Ohio counties with presets (NE Ohio, big metros, statewide), or one department's injury crashes statewide.
One record per person on each report, with name, address, age, gender and injury. Hybrid, rules-only ($0), always-AI, or download now and read later.
Pick the Claude model, trim the boilerplate every report repeats (about 54% fewer tokens), or batch at half price. The cost shows before you start.
The same person across several crashes collapses into one entry with full provenance. Drivers charged with an offense are left out automatically.
Hover a county for its count, click it to filter the whole page. Filter by injury, date window or the latest pull, and export exactly what you see.
Search every report by number, name, street, city, agency or date and see everyone on it, with a link to the source PDF.
Add phone numbers and emails to the leads you pick. Package exactly the audience you want and enrich only that, with a cost cap on every run.
Each row links to the OH-1 report it came from, stored in your database, so anyone on your team can check a lead in one click.
Windows shows Tevis Engineering Solutions, LLC as the verified publisher, and your lead database lives on your own computer.

An Ohio crash report gives you a name and a mailing address. It almost never gives you a phone number. Contact enrichment closes that gap through People Data Labs, a third-party identity provider, on a budget you set.
Narrow the dashboard to the leads worth reaching: county, date window, injury level, drivers who were not cited.
One click bundles that exact list and tells you how many are in it, how many were already looked up, and the most it can cost.
Each person is looked up at the match confidence you set. Anyone already done is skipped, and the run stops at your cap.
Phones and emails land in the dashboard and a contacts export, ready for your CRM, mail house or ad platform.
From our October 2026 test of 99 randomly chosen Northeast Ohio leads. Results vary by county, by how complete each report is, and by the confidence setting you choose.
Connect your own People Data Labs account in Settings, on any edition. PDL bills you directly at their rates, and your key stays on your computer. PDL charges per match, so a lookup that finds no one costs nothing, and with “reachable only” on, a match counts only when it has a phone or email. PDL’s free plan includes up to 100 lookups a month (it confirms contact data exists but hides the values); paid plans that show phones and emails start at $98 a month. Current PDL pricing.
Rather not manage another vendor? We enrich your leads through our own data account, right in the app on a subscription, or in your regular delivery on Data as a Service. Billing follows usage: you pay for the contact data your leads actually use, plus a modest service fee, and lookups that come back empty cost you nothing. A small monthly minimum applies in months you use it. You set a monthly contact limit, metered against your license, and we never go past it without your OK.
Brokers are not defeating the CAPTCHA either. They hold an authorized, contracted pipe into the same records and resell it. You pay only for the AI that reads each report, about 0.2¢, not for gated access.
Illustrative market ranges for about 1,000 injury reports. At the scale of a typical broker file (thousands of reports), that is tens of thousands of dollars retail versus a few dollars here. More in buying a list vs. building your own pipeline.
| Buying reports retail (e.g. BuyCrash) | This tool | |
|---|---|---|
| Cost to obtain & read 1,000 | $5,000 – $15,000 | ~$2 in AI |
| Per report | $5 – $15 | ~$0.002 (about 0.2¢) |
| Exclusivity | Non-exclusive, resold to competitors | Exclusive: you generate & own it |
| Afterward | You bought copies | You own the audience and reuse it freely |
