Engineering Services Questions

What does an engineering project cost?
Each project is quoted from a statement of work after a $50/hr consultation, credited if you go ahead. Prints start at $40 plus material. Projects up to $5,000 bill 50/50; larger ones bill 40/30/30.
Can you recreate a part that is no longer made?
Usually. We measure what is left of it, model it in CAD and test the fit before printing a batch. See replacement and discontinued parts.
What files do I get?
Everything needed to build and maintain it: CAD files, Gerbers and a bill of materials for boards, STL and STEP files for parts, and source code for software.
Do you work outside Cleveland?
Yes. We meet clients across Northeast Ohio, and design work can be done remotely for anyone.
