Do I have to buy the equipment through you?
No. If you already have equipment, or prefer to buy it yourself, we will set up what you have. Buying through us means one quote, one invoice, and someone who checks that it all works together before it arrives.
Why does the planner say starting at?
Equipment prices change often. The planner shows today's prices so you can plan; the quote we send has the exact figures, and nothing is ordered until you approve it.
What does setup include?
Unboxing and installing the hardware, signing each person into their accounts, updates and security settings, email, printers, shared files and the office network, then a walkthrough with your team.
How long does it take?
Most small offices are done within one to two weeks of approving the quote. The longest part is usually shipping; we schedule the install for when everything has arrived.
How do I pay?
Smaller orders are invoiced once. Larger ones are billed in stages: a deposit when you approve the quote, then the rest as the work is done. Invoices can be paid online or by check.
